1. How long does delivery take?

We process all orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.


3. Can I open my parcel before making payment?

Yes. We provide an Open Parcel Option, allowing you to verify the product before completing the payment. (Please note that product testing may not be available during delivery.)


4. Are your products original?

Yes. We strive to provide high-quality and reliable products. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.


5. How can I track my order?

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a video. We will arrange a replacement after verification.


7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


8. Who pays the shipping charges for an exchange?

If the product was delivered damaged or the wrong item was sent by us, we will cover the shipping charges. For exchanges requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the delivery charges.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
