We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and any other payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment must be completed according to the selected payment method.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

7. Open Parcel Option

Where available, customers may inspect the parcel before completing payment. This option is intended to verify the received product and does not include full product testing during delivery.

8. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
